Physical Demands Analysis (PDA)/Job Demands Analysis (JDA)
PDA’s and JDA’s are valuable tools used to break down and detail all the components required by a worker to perform a specific task within their job function. We evaluate a the complete host of components including lifting, pushing and pulling forces, repetition, analyze body positions and limb movements, vibration, noise and light considerations etc. PDA’s are required by the WSIB when reviewing claim eligibility and are useful documents to send to physicians and treating practitioners to guide the management and return to work of your injured employee. They are used in conjunction with our Pre-Placement Screening service to assess the physical job match for new hire candidates |
