Onsite Physiotherapy Program

Our premiere Onsite Physiotherapy Program is designed to provide your work force with immediate access to a health care professional who can assess the extent of the injury and advise your OHS staff on the best way to manage that injured employee. It provides effective, rapid and convenient rehabilitation for the injured worker. Our philosophy is to return the injured worker back to his or her pre-injury job as soon as possible. Having physiotherapy onsite reduces the time spent by the worker either adjusting work hours to accommodate rehabilitation appointments. It further ensures the worker is getting the highest quality rehabilitation available.

Having a physiotherapist onsite means you have a health care professional who knows exactly the type of work your employees do. This allows our physiotherapists to make appropriate work modification, in cooperation with management and supervisors, getting the worker back to a productive work status sooner. It facilitates a more effective work hardening program and returns the worker to their pre-injury level of function with the least amount of disruption to the workers routine and the company’s operations. Identification of injury trends or causative factors for injuries are typically identified.

The components of expert musculoskeletal assessment and state of the art rehabilitative treatment are then available to your employees in a convenient location within your work site. Your other staff including supervisors, managers and safety personnel will have a knowledgeable and dedicated health professional to answer their questions about the employee’s injuries and prognoses. Control over the injury management process is returned to the employer through this comprehensive program.
